ELSA 28.8 TQV voice supported ?

Marc will publish his vgetty re-write soon (he said "before the end of the
year"), and the ELSA will be fully supported in this version.

Difficult, you need to start some action, and without external buttons,
you need to call the shell scripts directly... which is not possible
without being logged in.
