I agree with you that the pastor should not tell anything that is told in
confidence. The pastor and the asst. pastor are also a team, and the song
leader  S.S. teachers, Youth leader... all one big team. But if the pastor
is told in confidence, it should stay there. No matter how bad he want's to
gossip about it to someone else.
