I also think that others might disagree:

Pentecostal Assemblies of the World
United Pentecostal Church, 
Pentecostal Publishing House, etc.

As far as Apostolic and Pentecostal being mutually exclusive, somebody better
inform the Pentecostal (there's that word again) Publishing House, which is 
"Publisher and Distributor of *Apostolic/Pentecostal* Literature.
 The Pentecostal Publishing House is the publishing arm of the
United Pentecostal Church International.
