Names of Dogs and Cats

I know of an instance of a cat and a fan-belt in the same sentence, but
it ain't because that was its name.

   MreOOOOWW*  *thwup-thwup-thwup-thwup-...*

   "What was THAT?"  {get out, check under the hood}

   "Oh gross, you better get the water hose."


My cat:  Psalms (because she sings so prettily -- anyone who reads Bodie
Thoene will know the inspiration of that name)

My dogs: Prissy (good southern name)
		 Shiro (from the Japanese "shiroi" because she's white).

We had Oreo (named such because she was black and white when she was a
puppy), but she was hit by a car after jumping the fence last summer
:-(
