Cal:
No, to the man whom no one could determine
lineage! Of which lead us to the question, "Did Jesus recieve tithe?"

Me:
Consider:
7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the
Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's
coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

8 And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far
from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with
fishes.

9 As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there,
and fish laid thereon, and bread.

10 Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.

Let's see... The desciples catch a big mess of fish but when they get them
to shore, Jesus ALREADY has breakfast fixed and waiting. NOW, why then did
He ask them to bring of the catch? He didn't need them to feed the men...

Also very interesting but far from conclusive is the fact that they divided
up 153 fish. Now, if one takes it that indeed when Jesus asked them to
bring of the catch they had just gotten that He was receiving tithes, it is
indeed a curiousity that if one takes it that they caught 170 fish, paid
their tithes of 17 fish, they would have divided 153 fish. ;-)

Receiving tithes would expain this rather well...
