Please do not use the term "The Pres" to refer to this unGodly man;
use the term "President Bill Clinton", or "Clinton", or "Ahab", or...

The term "The Pres" explicitly refers to Lester Young, alto
saxophonist, and inventor of the "cool" style of jazz, which followed
be-bop.  The Pres plays a cool alto, but Clinton play a noisy tenor. :-)
