*The* point is not that the Aaronic
priesthood is inferior because of death (though that *is* A point) but
rather
that Jesus Christ was able to enter thru the vail into the Holiest of
Holies
and *not* be a son of Aaron.

I was going to leave this where it was but couldn't let this one pass. 
Jesus Christ WAS/is the veil that was 'rent' from the ground up and it is
through HIM that WE pass to get to the Spirit that abides on the throne of
Grace!

As for Jacob's name, Strong's is not the end all of Hebrew.  I'm not sure
where I heard that but I have heard it from many sources.  Doesn't matter,
the angel Abraham spoke to was in human form and identified Himself as God
and spoke in the first person singular when Abraham addressed God.  This is
a human manifestation of God ANY way you slice it.

Jesus told the Pharisees that Abraham "was glad to see ***HIS*** day" and
when pressed by them, told them that indeed BEFORE Abraham was "I AM".  
Now, this is a clear (to me anyway) statement by Jesus that HE had spoken
to Abe IN PERSON.  When?  In what FORM/MANIFESTATION?
