In the same issue Bro. Nathaniel A. Urshan said the Church is to "separate
from the world."
WHO ARE WE GOING TO HARVEST? Think about it. We are so concerned with
preserving the purity of our doctrine that we can't even let it work.

me: Brother Urshan certainly doesn't need me to
clarify his statements, but it seems (to me) Bro. Floyd
that you may have misunderstood the intent of his article.
The article "Are we called to Imitation or Separation?"
spoke about the church taking a stand (or position) in
these last days. He stated that "the church is not called to
imitate the world, but to separate from the world." He
later stated that "if the church had continued to walk in
the Spirit, as it began in the beginning, the world would
have attempted the imitation of the church; rather, as it
is now, the church is imitating the world". The last
paragraph of the article urges us today to seek God's
face and become intercessors. When I read this article
it became clearer to me than ever before what TRUE
witnesses we can be to this world, if we separate ourselves
from sin and live holy, overcoming lives. Brother Urshan was stressing the
importance of REMAINING separated from sin,
AND having a great love for others. If we remember this,
pray, fast and seek God's face, we will be productive laborers
in the harvest. We've got to "live it" and "love it" Bro.
Floyd before people (the world) will "buy it".

In Christian Love,

Sis Donna Perine
