Faith is confidence that God can and will do on our behalf.
It is not positive confession that things are already done.
[As we have discussed this subject before, I will make only
one more comment on 'positive confession'; show me an
example of it used by any saint in the N.T. Okay?]

Steven paste:
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with
the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
We don't recieve salvation till we "confess" the same applies in: Acts
2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of
you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall
receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Confession (repent) is first.

At the gate called beautiful, Peter confessed first:
Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I
have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and
walk.
Acts 3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and
immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Peter spoke (confessed) the Word, (rise up and walk) acted on Word, he
took him by the right hand, and lifted him up) then Peter saw, what He
had spoken.

What do we have? The same Holy Ghost!
Mat 8:3  And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will;
be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Saying came first then the cleansing.

Mat 9:18 While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a
certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead:
but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
This rulers daughter was dead, He spoke, "she shall live."

Mat 15:26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the
children's bread, and cast it to dogs.
Mat 15:27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs
which fall from their masters' table.
Mat 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy
faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made
whole from that very hour.
"even as thou wilt" = what "she said" or confessed, before she received.
"Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously
vexed with a devil."

Mat 12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words
thou shalt be condemned.

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto
this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall
not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he
saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when
ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
"he shall have whatsoever he saith."

Prov 18:20 A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his
mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
Prov 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that
love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Isa 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is
far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.

Psa 116:10 I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly
afflicted:
