Bro. Mike Harvey, Well I am not from California, but for years I was from the Western District having resided in Las Vegas, Nevada. I went to Bro. Mefford's Church there, but I came to Salt Lake City, Utah to Pastor a Church here about 21 years ago. So I have a lot of friends in California and PSR is my favorite meeting of that sort.
