Death In Threes

I had an inquiry about a certain subject concerning death.  I currently
work in the Medical Field in a long term facility.  Naturally I
experience a lot with people dying.  I was wondering if anyone had any
theories or ideas on why people seem to die in groups of three.  
Usually when one person passes away two more will follow within a couple
of weeks time.  Sometimes sooner sometimes later.  But no matter what it
always happens in groups of threes.  Any suggestions??  I would love to
hear any ideas on this subject.  I personally was skeptical about it
until I actually experienced it for myself.  Unfortunately I have taken
care of a lot of people who have died.  They always seem to die in the
evenings or early morning as well.  Not always but most of the time.
