I am perplexed that no one has figured out why there are deaths in three.
Here is the answer.

THE TRINITY!

When people are born they are born in the image of God which is three
separate and distinct persons.  Now one person may be born in one part of
the earth while the other two are born in different places BUT they are all
born at the exact same time so as to mirror the image of the Trinity.  Thus
the mystery of God being three and yet one is answered in the exact timing
of these births.
