Was that before or after he braided the whip to drive out the
moneychangers?

Sir Brad--I must confess I am a little intrigued by your responses. You
seem
bent on calling names. Your initial response pegged me as grouchy and
then
I responded by letting you know where I was coming from and you again
decided
that I was snotty. What gives? This is meant to be a lively but
sophisticated
discussion arena. I have read MANY posts on this list that were much
more
controversial than this and as long as things didn't get personal they
made
for great reading. Let's stay out of that shall we? I offer an olive
branch.
I apologize if you were offended by my initial post. No offense was
intended.
In fact, the brother's post which got me into this discussion just took
my
comment in stride and blew it off. I loved it.
If you lived in an extreme state like I do you would know what I am
talking
about. Jesus defied authority in every way. Even went out of His way to
do
it. He bucked every religious system that was present.
The conservative pharisees in fact wanted to kill him because He was
setting
Himself up as their God.
There are other examples that I could give but I must get to work.
