newsreader killfile question

Yes it has nothing to do with H-F, but everything to do with my sanity. 
Does anyone know of a newsreader with a partial match filter for it's
killfile.  The spam brigade is changing the subject lines so much I
cann't begin to keep a useful killfile.

Happiness is 
echo memclr.com alt-234 alt-240 alt-240 alt-240 alt-240
and memclr.com in the autoexec file of a spammer.
