PSR, conservative -vs- liberal apology

Greetings Saints in Jesus name!

In a recent post, I came across a little strong in saying that
Bro John Dahl's actions he wrote about were a little manipulative
and that the conservative -vs- liberal thread should die.....

Ya'll were probably wondering where I came from and I agree, as I
look back, it's *tone* was probably a little strong and didn't need
to be so *strongarmish* (stronarmish - that's a very healthy amish
man that can bench-press a four-team horse, with a Boston accent)
in nature.

I've not been feeling super lately. My humor bit probably isn't quite
as healthy as it could be. I'm generally not quite so much myself as
I've been lately. With me not feeling well and there a *ton* of work
out there for me to do... I'm not exactly reading and composing the
messages I need to post in a manner consistent with my style. I'm just
kinda burnt at both ends right now and I probably don't come across the
way I should.

When I think of the word *manipulative* in respect to Bro John Dahl's
post about the discussion he had with someone about skating rinks, I
had the original image in mind of someone being backed into a corner and
then being *forced* into a decision that may or may not have been their
real decision. In that sense, it's like a puppeteer manipulating a puppet
so that a desired result would come of it. In retrospect, I don't think
that word-picture does the situation any good. That manipulation probably
is an incorrect word-picture to have in my mind. I must've read a little
more into the situation than what was needed.

To that, I say to Bro Dahl, "I'm sorry... please forgive me." I don't
want it to seem like you're a power monger dictator type that'll do anything
to get any piece of information out of someone else... which I'm sure wasn't
the case to begin with.

If my *tone* offended anyone out there in the reading audience... please
accept my humblest apologies.

I probably shouldda had a few smileys in there ... and had a general spirit
check myself before I wrote it....

Like I say to Bro Timothy Litteral (all the time - heh, heh, heh):

"The spirit of the prophet is subject unto the prophet."

Meaning I did what I wanted and not what was the necessary good of the list.

With that... I don't necessarily want to re-open the thread of "C" -v- "L",
as I think that it might not be all that productive and edifying. If ya'll
want to..... it's o.k..... just keep it civil and keep the tempers in
check.

Bro "much sorrow about my tone lately" Tyler
