Church Anniversary/ PRAISE Report

Praise the Lord, Saints!

As some of you already know, we celebrated our 3rd church anniversary last
week with services on Thursday and Friday nights, and also on Sunday
afternoon. We were blessed with men of God who preached the truth mightily,
along with many guest choirs who sang under the anointing.

On Friday night, about 11:15, when the altar call was given, my 11 year old
son came to the altar with his hands straight up in the air, and tears
streaming down his cheeks. Within a few minutes, he began speaking in tongues
as the Spirit of God gave utterance! He went to my pastor, who was in the
congregation that night, to tell what had happened, and began to speak in
tongues again! I will never forget seeing him walk up the aisle, and jump
straight up into the air for Joy!

As we sat in the car a couple of hours later, he told me that he "didn't have
to be afraid anymore". He had been afraid that the Lord would come back, and
he wouldn't be ready. But, now, he tells me that he can't wait for the
"rapture", (Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, 2 Pet
3:12).

My thanks to those on this list who knew about our anniversary, and had been
praying for us.
