Me:
Umm... You (and *I* for the longest time ;-) are missing Dr. Marx's =
point. The reason YOU AND I got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ is =
not because of what is written in Matthew. HIS point is that this was =
an instruction ***TO THE APOSTLES*** and was not a 'commandment' to =
***US*** of for that matter, ANY BELIEVER. This gets to a point that I =
'jab' people with all the time and it is this: We have let Satan get us =
so used to trying to ARGUE this mistaken GARBAGE of the trinitarians so =
long that we have ACCEPTED some of it as LEGITIMATE. This was =
instructions to those who stood with Jesus THAT DAY! Where do we get =
OUR instructions? =20

Titles are NOT names so
we have to find the NAME He refers to in Matthew 28 in order to be =
obedient.
Our only conclusion we should reach here is that God is referring to the
NAME of JESUS Christ.

When one considers the Hebrew, the confusion from the 'translation' =
disappears. God told Moses that His NAME was "HawYah". When Moses =
asked God who should He say had sent him, God answer was "Tell them =
"HawYah" (Hebrew) has sent me. God went on further to state that this =
NAME: HawYah, would be a 'token' or 'password' for Jews for all time to =
know that it was indeed He, the SELF SAME God that had spoken to =
Abraham. Now, how does this all tie in to Matt 28:19? Consider that =
the NAME of the man that stood face to face with the Jews was =
"haYahshua", probaly shortened to "Yahshua" (Joshua, in English). When =
the Jews asked Him how it could be that Abraham was glad to see (lay =
physical eyes upon) Him, He answered that BEFORE abraham WAS "HawYah!" =
THIS is why the Jews tried to stone Him and indeed, at His trial, was =
the evidence from His own precious mouth that condemned Him! The high =
Priest asked Him if He were the Son of God, to which He again answered =
"HawYah"! The High Priest THEN said "What ELSE do we need to hear?!" =20
The NAME of the Father and the Son and Holy Ghost is HawYawShua =
haMoshiack. HawYah is the name of the Father and the meaning of this =
name is "I AM". The name of the Son is HawYahShua which means "I AM =
Salvation". The Holy Ghost is the Anointing and this Anointing made the =
Moshiack. You have this ALL in the name of the MAN Jesus Christ: I AM =
Salvation Poured Out. This is the WORD you spoke of: God (the Father) =
Manifested (Holy Ghost) in the flesh (Son). One Being. One Name. =20
Now, a point that many Christian Jews have a 'little' trouble with is =
the use of the 'translations' of the name of the man Yahshua. Consider:
Jhn 1:42=20
And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou =
art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by =
interpretation, A stone.
John, the corner stone of Theology was written in Greek and not as =
generally accepted (why I don't know) written in Hebrew. Think not? =
Answer me one question then: If the book of John was written in Hebrew, =
why on this Earth did he TRANSLATE the ***HEBREW*** words into Greek?
If Iezeus Christo was good enough for the apostle John, not to mention =
Luke and the writter of Hebrews, I think Jesus Christ will work just =
fine today.
