newsreader killfile question

For the questioning brothers, here is a small snip from my daily junk
emails(I have 3 similar emails, and I get them daily). If you post in a
newsgroup the robots are mining addresses, hence my new tagline. I post
with a modified from/reply to because of the rise in junk mail. BTW,
replying with remove in the subject line is a waste. I'm near the email
bomb stage with this group, or an autodialer to their 800 number.

Yes, I still use OS/2, not gatesware. I may switch to Linux for the
newsgroups if it means stopping the spam deluge.

Can I make a Perl script to kill every file with $$$ anywhere in the
subject line?

Bro Richard, what newsgroups are you in? Every newsgroup I've stopped
in has 30% or more spam(not to mention 10% off topic).

Sorry for the agravation. You know what it should look like: I've
reached my spam limit for this life time.

In the begining God said BANG! and it was BIG
