>I think the actual scripture says, "six and threescore and six" or

Actually Rev. 13:18 reads,

"Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number
of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is
Six hundred threescore and six."

and Six hundred threescore and six is equal to 666,

also I know there are some who think it's silly to give any
thought to 666 and anything related, but God doesn't put
anything in His Word to just take up space, ....ALL scriputure
is given by inspiration of God, ect. (II Tim. 3:16)
And if God put it there, then he does want us to know about it,
no, it shouldn't be our main focus, but it does have it's place.

Also, did you know that the middle and two ends of the bar code
is equal to 6 so that 666 is incorporated into all the bar codes,
the first 2 lines, the middle 2 lines and the last 2 lines are
identical, and each of those sets of 2 lines = 6, hence 6 6 6

Here's something else interesting that may or may not mean something,
but if you add the numbers on the basic keypad forwards and backwards
both horizontally and vertically it comes out to 6660, now that may
be nothing, but somewhere I heard that the number 666 has a certain
mathematical quality that makes it important in relation to computers,
I haven't yet found out what it is though.

789 (add 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1+1+4+7+2+5+8+3+6+9
456 +9+6+3+8+5+2+7+4+1 = 6660 )
