I had to look at that a couple of times myself...However, what that passage
means is that Junia was of a good report among the apostles, not that she was
among the apostles. The apostles were explicitly named and numbered. They
were only men.

So by witnessing about the word of God and what God has done in one's life,
one is prophesying, correct? Does that kind of prophesying always imply that
one is extending authority over a group of men? The NT talks about female
prophets, but never does say that they spoke over a group of men and usurped
authority over them, or that that was part of God's plan.
