"for the gifts and calling of God are without repentance"

I say , If God once calls a woman  or (a man) he doesnt "repent" or change
his mind about it just because Someone else becomes available.

Do we not define Repentance as the changing of ones mind, thinking,actions.
An about face?on a particular stance, subject?
.
God is looking for vessels that he can use.
Permanent employees, not Temps.
