Well, having a little girl in the 3-7 age group when Barney was BIG; I
sat through several shows(then a few more at friends homes) not to
mention a couple of Barney videos and Barney wasn't emphasizing
recycling. He was emphasizing not hurting your mother earth, animals
are people too....

Well, in this country little kids are learning how to use PC's too!
When comparing other countries to USA, remember one little thing: after
a certain point in many of those countries the students are split into
vocational and college prep. So when the tests are taken... Well you
can figure it out. Back to the ecosystem, our enlightened teachers
spend more time teaching political correctness than teaching reading,
writing, math, and science. Ergo, I would suspect one would most likely
find a 3-5 year old in USA able to state what an ecosystem is. He would
just not understand what he said.

Not that she was on Seasame Street, but that she was portrayed as having
a normal lifestyle.

Uh, these actors/superstars are promoting milk, milk isn't promoting
their lifestyle. Where SS(could that be a tie in to the infamous '40's
org of same initials??) was promoting her lifestyle.
