Can not judge by its stand on an abomination? Come on, we have to judge
it by what it tells us and is trying to tell our children. If it is that
open about it there is no telling what is lurking in the background. I
am not an advocate of sheltering children totally from the world, but I
am sure not allowing the world to teach my 5 year old what is "right"
and "wrong".

The world is teaching our kids ( most of us was taught the same ) that
there are no absolutes in right and wrong. Everything is negotiatable
and situtation driven. The Bible says that pre-marital sex is wrong the
schools say "dont do it, but if you do here is a condom to protect
yourself". This sounds more like permission than deterance to me. We
have to teach them the absolutes that the Word of God gives us. There is
a standard and a judge that we must obey and answer to, inspite of the
feel good message the world gives them.

BTW - my judgement of SS was done long before the Ellen apperance from
watching a few shows. They are also very big in the Rainbow 2000 type
teachings. Remember the NEA is a major supporter of the show in the US.
