Dr Marx, 
     You  made a point that not many people see.  The epistles were
written to believers.saints baptized in Jesus name, filled with the holy
ghost evidenced by speaking in tounges. Paul wrote he is a Jew that is
born of the spirit. The scriptures were written to Jews not heathens. I
am a Jew by my new birth not my natural.Acts is the only book that tells
a sinner how to become  a Jew (new creature). The epistles were written
to saints telling them how to live, dress, conduct buisines, and
understand the deeper things of Jesus. Praise that wonderful name.
