I also believe that women can and should be powerfully used of God, both
in and out of the ministry...... however concerning the above - another
way to 
look at this statement is to say that the apostles had taken note of
Andronicus
and Junia.  That they were recognized as people who would sacrifice and 
labor and love along with the best.

Just a thought.
